Being
an Anglo-Indian from the subcontinent, I can vouch for the authenticity of this
book. Living in Canada now, I miss the Anglo food I so used to enjoy growing up
in an Anglo household. I have tried some of the recipes in the book and that I
haven't eaten in over a quarter of a century and they have come out great. Excellent!

An
authentic account of recipes (with cultural links). Excellent beginners
reference and especially good for those who have acquired modest cooking
skills, recipes lend themselves to being enhanced using your own flair and
sense of adventure. Enjoy.
